아래 글을 보다가 일반 메모리 사용 가능한것 같아서 설치해보았는데요.. 동작을 안하네요 ㅠㅠ
그래서 스팩(35페이지)을 찾아보니... 지원안하는것 같은데...

General DIMM slot population guidelines
• The server has four DIMM slots.
• The server supports two channels with two DIMM slots per channel.
o Memory channel 1 consists of the two DIMMs that are closest to the processor.
o Memory channel 2 consists of the two DIMMs that are farthest from the processor.
• A white DIMM slot indicates the first slot of a channel (2-A, 4-B).
• Memory speed support depends on the type of processor installed. For more information, see the
technical specification of the installed processor.
• The server supports up to 1600 MT/s ECC UDIMMs.
• The server supports up to 32 GB (4x8 GB) UDIMMs.
• The server does not support:
o RDIMMs
o Non-ECC UDIMMs
• When installing DIMMs:
o Populate the DIMM slots in this sequence: 2-A, 4-B, 1-C, 3-D.
o Use HP-qualified UDIMMs.
HP ML10 V2는 ECC Unbuffer 램만 지원하는게 맞는거죠? ㅠㅠ
"E = UDIMM (unbuffered with ECC)"
PDF에서 말하는 UDIMM은 ECC 메모리를 말하는듯 합니다.
근데.... 제온 cpu가 이닌 일반 cpu장착후 U dimm장착시는 어떨지 싶네요.
저가 모델은 거의 만져보질 못해서........^^;
근데..... RDIMM이 UDIMM보다 쌀텐데......
U, R 을 사용 못하니.... E램을써야하네요 ㅠㅠ
그런데 왜 E램이 R이 더 쌀까요?? 물량때문일까요??

정확하게 써져 있네요. RDIMM 과 Non-ECC UDIMM 은 지원하지 않음.
그리고 DDR3 쓰는 1150/1155 쓰는 HP 서버들을 몇 대 만져봤는데, NON-ECC UDIMM 을 지원하는 모델은 없었습니다..
