Hello Sir,
The attached file is a firmware update utility using DOS mode which is more powerful than the Windows one.
Here is the procedure for you to use this utility:
1. Please prepare a DOS bootable diskette and copy the extracted files into the diskette. Please choose to overwrite all the repeated files in the bootable diskette.
2. Reboot your system from the DOS bootable diskette and follow the instruction to update firmware for the defective bridges.
Important Notice: I send the flash utility to you privately. Please do not give it to your friend or even put it onto the internet. Otherwise, I will not be able to serve you in ACARD.
Thanks & Best regards,
ACARD Technology Corp.

hello, kent
thank you for message of your opinion.
situation is like this......
in 2003, i bought 4 AEC-7726H from korea' seller
i have p3tde6 mainboard which is made in supermicro company.
4 AEC-7726H were connected WD 200GB hard driver.(each scsi id is 1,12,14,15)
connections are no problem.
one month ago, two of AEC-7726H were not working
when computer is booted, scsi check message is below.
scsi channel :A id :1, 12 scsi : null , capacity: 1MB, speed:80MB...........
the other AEC-7726H are working perfectly.......
so, i changed position of AEC-7726H.
consequently, when i changed position of two AEC-7726H, good working AEC-7726H were working perfectly.
bad AEC-7726H displayed same error.
and..
i can't find korea seller. i think that korea distributer is bankrupt...
if not, can you tell me korea distributer?
sorry for my poor english.
thank you kent

Hello Sir,
As the message you provided, it looks like either the hard disk drive is not
well connected or the hard drive is not recognized by the AEC7726H. Did you
just change another hard disk drive?! If yes, I guess the hard drive is
Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 series because it is not supported by the AEC7726H.
If not, please check the hardware connection again or provide me the detail
model name of the hard disk drive to check this issue.
