Examine the logs in /usr/local/mysql/data for more information.
You can try to start the mysqld daemon with:
/usr/local/mysql/libexec/mysqld --skip-grant &
and use the command line tool
/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql to connect to the mysql
database and look at the grant tables:
shell> /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql -u root mysql
mysql> show tables
Try 'mysqld --help' if you have problems with paths. Using --log
gives you a log in /usr/local/mysql/data that may be helpful.

MYSQL 컴파일하여 설치후 DB를 인스톨하려합니다
그런대 저런 에러가 뜨는군요 어떻게 해줘야할까요?
GCC는 3.3.2로 바꿔 보았고 MYSQL버전은 5입니다. 원래의 GCC버전은 3,4,6입니다.
하드웨어는 E3500 이고 OS는 솔라리스 10입니다. 제가 뭘잘못한걸까요?
