아파치 설정으로 폴더/파일 목록을 보이게 했다면 디자인 수정은 불가능 할 것 같네요.
디자인 수정 가능 하게 할려면 서버스크립트로 해당 폴더를 읽어 폴더/파일 구조를 직접 뿌려 주도록
프로그램 해야 합니다.

httpd.conf 파일에서 IndexOptions 을 주시면 약간 변형이 가능합니다.

<Directory /home/*/public_html>
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
    IndexOptions FancyIndexing ScanHTMLTitles FoldersFirst NameWidth=* DescriptionWidth=32
    AllowOverride None
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>

간단하게 정리하면 httpd.conf에서 IndexOptions 옵션을 주었고, 디렉토리에 index.html,php 등의 파일이 없을때 디렉토리가 리스팅됩니다.

하지만 보안상 매우 위험하기 때문에 절대 권장하지않습니다.

이렇게 설정주고 /autoindex 에 파일 두개 만들어서 넣었습니다
