This letter is written for the issue of RMA. With regard to the subject matter, I already contacted to Postium Korea (hereinafter ¡°Distributor¡±), the distributor of 3ware in S. Korea. The problem I had was that the Distributor declined to process my request for the RMA (# 20091013175020) by reason of alleged fact that the product was not imported by the Distributor. According to their response, I would like to send the product directly to you. Please confirm the address of the place where the product to be shipped.
Concerning the subject matter, I have also two questions, as shown below.

1. I purchased the product in S. Korea but the Distributor denies the fact. Question presented is that ¡®Where am I able to check status of the product I purchase in S. Korea. Specifically, ¡®Who imported the product?¡¯

2. Whether the ¡®World warranty¡¯ is applied to the product regardless of the importer. The reason of the question is arisen from the stance of the Distributor. That is, the Distributor seems not to know the policy of RMAs but the direction given for my RMA request leads me to contact the Distributor. Why?
