시작 - 실행 - services.msc 에러 리포팅 서비스를 중지시키시면 꺼질겁니다.

전 당해보지 않은 경우라 해결이 되는지는 모르겠습니다만..

 dwwin.exe ? DLL Initialization Failed : The application
 failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down
Solution:
 Typically, the above error occurs due to a corrupt or damaged application. We recommend you run the system file checker (Sfc /scannow) to repair the damaged files. Perform the following steps to run this tool:
 1.Log on to your system as Administrator.
 2.Click on the Start menu and select Run.
 3.In the Open box, type Sfc /scannow and click OK.
