윈도우 2003에서는 잘되는데 윈도우 2008에서는 위와같은 에러가 나면서 안되네요..
php 구문은 하나도 모르는데 고수님들이 좀 도와주세요.

이렇게 바꿔보시구요.
$sub 와 $cart 값을 확인해보시고, 경로를 확인해보세요.
해당 경로에 result.htm 파일이 없어서 나는 에러 이니 $cart 에 담긴 경로가 어떻게 되는지 확인해야 수정가능할 것 같습니다.
현재 에러 상황을 보면 제일 마지막 else 구문이 실행 되는 듯 합니다.
즉 $sub, $cart 값을 제대로 가져 오지 못하는 것 같습니다.
PHP 버전 변경이나 설정파일 변경으로
POST, GET에 따라 담기는 변수가 구분되는 걸로 보입니다.
위 변수를 $_GET['sub'], $_GET['cart'] 이런식으로 변경 하면 정상 작동할 것으로 보이지만
다른 페이지도 수정해야 하기 때문에 설정파일을 변경하셔야 합니다.

php는 IIS에서 안되는 함수들이 많아요.
윈도우 환경에서 temp 권한에서 익명 수정권한까지 있어야 에러 없다는것도 어디서 본듯한데...
2년전에 너도 iis에서 php 쓰다가 결국 이런 난관에 부딪혀서 php는 무조건 아파치로 운영하고 있습니다.
