If you have access to a USB Flash drive, download the USB Flash Diagnostic linked below. It will make your USB Flash bootable and will copy files that can enter the service tag into NVRAM. Boot from the USB Flash and hit execute to exit the Dell Diagnostic util. At the DOS prompt type 'cd svctag' enter then 'svctag' enter. You should be prompted to enter a new svctag.

Also linked below is the CD bootable version of the Dell Diagnostics that contains the Dell svctag utility if you don't have a USB Flash drive.

여기 보시면 프로그램이랑 같이 들어있습니다. 확인 해보진 못했구요 .. 모든 컴퓨터에 적용되는지는 모르겠네요
한번 해보시고.. 안되시면 노트북 모델명을 알려주시면 찾는데 .. 도움이 될것 같네요.
