* For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.

3번을 보시면 아시겠지만.... 독립적인것이 아닌 1번과 2번과 레인을 공유하고 있습니다.
즉 3번 슬롯을 사용하면 1, 2번의 배속이 떨어지게 됩니다.
왜 이런현상이 생가냐면.... CPU가 제공하는 PCI Express 레인은 한정되어있기 때문입니다.
수원은 한정되어있는데 이를 나누어 쓰는것이지요.
옆에 옆에 있는 PCI-E 2.0 8X에 카드를 설치하면 8+8이나 8+4 ,8+1 로 속도가 떨어집니다.
8X 슬롯이 16X슬롯에서 스윗치칩을 거쳐서 나오는 신호입니다.
맨 끝에 있는 PCI-E 2.0 X4는 독립된 슬롯으로 보여집니다. (칩셋에서 나오는)
