아니면 해당 카드의 롬버젼 중에 하위 버젼 중에
유틸 포함된 화일이 있는 경우도 있습니다.

rom 파일과 같이 있던 txt 파일에도 써 있네요..
Command syntax:  MegaCli -adpfwflash -f mr1078fw.rom -a0

여기서 파일명만 맞게 고치고 실행했더니 됩니다.
