물론 간혹 오작동 불랴이 있긴하지만요

The Diagnostic LED blinks red 4 times and the system beeps 4 times (once per second), then a 2-second pause follows:
This indicates power failure.
To resolve the issue, complete the following steps:

1) Open the access panel, and ensure that the necessary power supply cables are connected to the system board.

2) Locate a faulty device by removing all devices, and then reinstalling one at a time until the workstation fails:
- Disconnect AC power to the workstation.
- Remove all the devices.
- Reinstall a device.
- Reconnect AC power.
- Continue adding devices to ensure that all devices are functioning properly.
- Replace the device causing the failure.

3) Verify the power supply functionality.
- Disconnect AC power.
- Plug in AC power.

If the power supply fan spins, and the LED illuminates, then the power supply is good. Replace the system board.
If the power supply fan does not spin, or the LED does not illuminate, then replace the power supply.

혹시 최근에 그래픽 카드 변경하셨나요?
UEFI 관련 해서  그래픽 오류나면 저렇더라고요.
CMOS 초기화 해서 다시 한번 해보셔요...

z420 한대 더 있어서 그걸로 파워 교체해본 결과 파워 이상이었습니다.
파워를 구매할까 아니면 아마존에 기존 ATX에 연결해서 쓰게 해주는 선을 달아서 차라리 700이상을 달까 생각중입니다.
지금 gtx970 슈젯 쓰다가 파워가 사망한지라.. 파워가 좀 모자란 느낌이 심하게 들어서 고민이네요.
당장 급한대로 굴러다니던 다른 그래픽 카드로 살짝 하향해놓은 상태라 그리고 케이블 바꿔보고 성공적이면
이참에 안텍이나 마이크로닉스 700짜리로 바꿀 생각이네요.
600w는 아무리 생각해도 모자른 느낌이 많아서...

Super Flower 700짜리에 꽂아서 테스트해본 결과 대 만족입니다.
기존보다 소음도 대폭 줄었습니다. 소음의 주 요인은 파워였습니다....
