물건이 아직 안오고 있는데
구매자 보호기간이 몇일 안남았습니다.
판매자에게 메시지 보내고 기간 연장 신청도 했는데 아직 대답도 없습니다.
물건이 안왔을때 구매자 보호기간 지나도 open dispute 해서 환불 받을수 있는지요?
아니면 구매자 보호기간 지나기 전에 open dispute 해야 하는지요?
최근 제가 받은 (무료배송) 물건 보면.. 이런데요..
판매자가 응답 없으면 그냥 open dispute 해버리세요.

경험적으로는 저 상태에서 50% 이상은 한참 더 있다가 refund 또는 물건 다시 보내준 다음에 받은 적이 있거든요... (뭐 물건이라는 게 대개 핸드폰 케이스나 .. 장난감이기는 합니다만 ..)
dispute 걸때 선택사항 보니까 기간이 지났지만 배송안됨 항목밖에 없어서 그게 궁금해서요.
