대한민국위 사이트에서 정보를 좀 긁어오려하는데 아래와같이 코드를 짜도 아무 결과를 내어놓지를 않아서...질문을 드립니다.
또한 위의 파란색 음영부분을 txt파일에 100개정도 저장해놓고 순차적으로 결과치를 txt파일이나 엑셀파일로 저장하려는데 방법이 있을까요?

근데...혹시 위의 결과가 왜 안나오는지 알수 있을까요?

라인별로 루프를 사용하시면 파일에 라인을 추가해야하니 writerow 부분도 참고하셔야할것같습니다~
