복구방법이 공개되어 있는지 확인하시고, 없다면 공격자가 요구하는 것을 제공하는 방법도 있지만 결과는 장담할 수 없습니다.
하드디스크 데이터의 추가적 훼손을 막기위해 하드디스크 전체를 이미징툴로 백업하십시오.
암호화된 파일 1개만 두번이상 압축해서 보내주세요.
