71Cz is a lot number, 101 = 100µf, 16 = 16volt
Fujitsu is now nichicon
panasonic also makes them
Nichicon RS8 series I would think would work, I'm sure someone that has replaced these will recommend something

일단 내용을 봐서는 FP10k 라는 후지츠 오리지널 시리즈고 OEM 용도로 납품되는게 아닐까 생각되는데
내압스펙과 용량만 맞으면 큰 문제는 없다고 생각합니다만.. 혹시 모르니 다른분들 답변도 기다려 보시는게 좋을듯 합니다.
FP10K -> FPCAP 시리즈인데 보통 5000H 가 최대인데 OEM 주문 10K (10000H) 고온동작 내구를 강화한 제품 아닌가 합니다.
46uz -> 로트 코드이며 여기서는 큰 의미 없다고 보시면 됩니다.
101 -> 용량 : 100uF (10 x 10^1)
16 -> 내압 : 16V
