모뎀은 L860-GL이라는 Fibocom에서 나온 인텔 것으로 추정되는 제품입니다.
이게 리눅스에서는 드라이버 설치없이 잘 작동하는데
윈도즈에서는 셀룰라가 뜨질 않아 설정을 못하고 있습니다.
관련 드라이버는 인텔이나 피보콤에서는 찾을 수가 없고 레노버에 있기는 한데 깔아도 아무런 변화가 없습니다.
그래서 알리 판매자가 준 드라이버를 깔았더니 장치관리자에서는 설치된 것으로 확인됩니다.
그런데 저 기기명 L860-GL이 어디에도 나오지는 않습니다. 장치관리자에도 없고 hwinfo로 봐도 없습니다.

우분투 로그에보면 CDC NCM ACM 이라는 용어가 나오는데
윈도즈에서 드라이버 설치 하기 전에 똑같은 명칭으로 나옵니다.
우분투에서는 추가 드라이버 없어도 이 기기를 셀룰라로 인식하는데
윈도즈는 그렇지 못한 거 같습니다.
저 기기 드라이버 또는 어디를 어떻게 만져야 할지 모르겠네요.

매뉴얼에는 M.2 Key-B 는 PCIE와 USB 인터페이스가 모두 있는 것으로 설명 하고 있습니다.
M.2 Key-B 타입이 아니고 USB 인터페이스만 갖는 모델 인가요?

드라이버는 링크 주신거 맞습니다. 설치해도 아무런 효과는 없더라고요.
Android/Linux는 USB 드라이버만 존재 한다고 이해 됩니다.
윈도우에서는 둘다 연결되어도 PCIe 가 우선 되고 USB가 disable 되므로
레노버 윈도우 드라이버는 PCIe 용 드라이버만 존재 하기때문에 디바이스로 인식 되지 않는다고 생각 됩니다.
M.2 B Key를 USB로 변환 할때 M.2 USB 인터페이스만 USB 컨버터를 이용해서 변환 하셨나요? PCIe도 USB 컨버터 되는 것을 사용 하시나요?
사용하시는 "USB 컨버터"가 어떤 것인가요?

윈도즈에서는 pcie 방식만 지원하는 것 같네요.
