어.. move 명령어는 그냥 파일/폴더를 옮기는 명령어라.. 말 그대로 내용물을 옮기는 결과가 될텐데요.
본문 질문내용은 윈도우가 인식하는 바탕화면, 문서, 다운로드 폴더를 기본 위치가 아닌 D:드라이브로 지정을 하고 싶으시다는 거 같은데...

보시면 아시겠지만 3개 합쳐도 됩니다.

D 드라이브 內 목표 폴더 바꾸시려면 set NEW_OOOO_PATH= 뒤에 원하는 경로 넣으시구요ㅕ.

Reg 변경이니만큼 적용 후 바로 재부팅 하는것이 안정성에 좋을겁니다.

이건 3개를 한꺼번에 합친겁니다.

사용자한테 적용 후 재부팅 될거라는 경고문구 띄운다음 동의 받으면 진행되고, 적용 후 5초 안에 재부팅 시작입니다.

글씨색을 바꾸고 한글로 안내후 선택하게 쬐끔 수정했습니다.
