LV RAM이 1.35v로는 동작하지만 standard DDR3 DIMM 으로 간주 하는군요.
따라서 1.35 전압으로는 메모리는 동작 되더라도 램 I/O가 1.35v로 드라이브하는 신호를
시피유와 칩셋이 1600MHz 동작하기에는 무리가 따르는 것으로 생각 됩니다.

* The server supports up to 1600 MT/s ECC UDIMMs.
* LV DIMMs operate at 1.35 V instead of the 1.5 V for standard DDR3 DIMMs.
LV DIMMs can be installed in this server, but the system does not recognize
the reduced power consumption feature. It will be treated as a standard DDR3 DIMM.
* Memory speed depends on the type of processor and the number of DIMMs installed in the server.
Installed DIMMs can operate at either 1600 MT/s or 1333 MT/s. For more information,
see the technical specification of the installed processor.

SLOT1이 불량 이라는 근거가 부족 하지 않나요?
Gen8은 PC3-12800E 지원하지만 PC3L-12800E 은 지원하지 않는다고 되었는데
지원되지 않는 메모리로 불량 이라고 하시는 근거는 무엇인가요?
다른 분 소유 또는 다른 Gen8에서 PC3L-12800E 정상 동작
되는 걸 확인해야만 SLOT1이 불량 이라고
확정 하실 수 있는것 같은데요.
혹시 사용하시는 시피유가 무엇인가요?
